We offer you to join our Information System Shared Service team in Germany to leave a personal & professional experience through a VIE assignement (more information about the program on www.civiweb.com)
About the assignement:
The Information Systems (IS) Shared Service centre Germany is an internal service provider at Valeo Germany. Currently active in the SSC 11 Sites in Germany, 1 Site Hungary, 1 Site Sweden and 1 site Norway. Main objective is the SAP application support for different areas like Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain.
Additionally to SAP operations, IS projects have to be supported. Main project will be the Integration of new business aquisitions into IS Landscape of Valeo.
The missions you will be exposed to:
- IS Application management in SAP for one of the Domains ( Sales, Production, Purchasing, Finance)
- IS Application management eprocurement System (User creation, Workflow Management...)
- IS Project support SAP projects ( data migration, application tests)
- User support SAP and eprocurment system in daily business.
What about you?
If you are willing to experience an international assignment within an innovative company, we are looking for a rigorous, service oriented, autonomous and flexible candidate.
You have a 5 years study master level in Business
- or Engineer school or equivalent with a focus on IS, Logistics and/or Production and or Finance
Knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, Google tools, SAP knowledge is appreciated
English is mandatory and a knowledge of german will be a plus. Interest to learn German
