UPS Supply Chain Solutions is currently seeking a Trade Management Services Representative III . The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Customs Brokerage / Import / Export or CHB entry writer experience, as well as one year of customer service / general office / data entry experience.
The Trade Management Services Representative III responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Review 7501 Packets (hard copy) and assess the accuracy of the broker's classifications in accordance with client's TMS database.
Follow up on all errors with the responsible party(broker) to ensure timely resolution of the error and/or a Post Entry Adjustment is filed
Run reports from ACE for a comprehensive list of customer's entries and ensure no entries are left out of audit.
Ensure hard copy of the each entry file is printed and provided to the customer. File documents in folder supplied by the customer.
Upload NAFTA Solicitation information gathered from customer's vendors to TradeSense, run Quicktrace reports for account Specialists to qualify finished goods.
Utilizing TradeSense email NAFTA documentation to customers, once received back requests analysis from account Specialists.
Email Balanced Scorecard reports to UPS TMS management for monthly follow up with brokers.
Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins.
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.

· High School diploma or equivalent certificate
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
