A customer service agent interacts with a company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
Minimum High School Graduate or Degree
With 1-2 years in experience in customer service
Can speak English and Arabic language
Must have strong communication skills
Must have experience in computer software
