Talent Acquisition Advisor - 6 month Contract

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Human resources team on a 6-month fixed term basis. The Talent Acquisition team are currently working on some great projects for 2020 and additional support is needed to ensure that we are able continue to attract and select the best in talent for the business.

This role will be based in North Rocks, there is free onsite parking available or extra shuttle buses available.

Your main accountabilities include:

· Recruitment process support to our Talent Acquisition Partners, and ownership of other recruitment administration

· Reviewing, screening and interviewing of candidates across disciplines

· Candidate experience support, including management of our Careers inbox and Taleo.

· Managing the issuing of contracts and onboarding of new starters.

· Supporting with data and reporting

Your capability

· Minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition

· A customer focused mindset, with positive energy and a proactive and flexible approach to work

· Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and exercise discretion

· You are comfortable using systems, we currently use Taleo
