Unilever is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to leverage identify and unlock opportunities for growth through data driven insights. As an analytics and reporting guru, your job will be to leverage and design new analytics tools and dashboards to identify new trends, white spaces, and other growth opportunities. Using your strong relationship with the Club Cash & Carry and Field sales teams you will identify and action new drill sites. In addition to tackling high priority ad-hoc requests from the leadership team, you will also build and train users on new standardized and reusable reports. By leveraging your strong organizational and prioritization skills, you will manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in a fast paced and ever-changing business environment. Your knowledge of customer operations, sales and marketing needs, ability to analyze complex data, and strong communication skills enable you to effectively communicate with others and drive business outcomes through your data based recommendations.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
· Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement and/or optimize reports and processes for effective and efficient operations
· Create tools, new processes, mechanisms and automation which will ultimately improve sales success
· Actively monitor implementation of new initiatives, root causing any barriers to adoption and quickly proposing corrective action
· Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials
· Support Daily sales reporting
· Provide and analyze monthly performance metrics, in-store promotions tracking, and insights for Sales teams including but not limited to Sales productivity and funnel management.
· Development of reports, dashboards, and infographics on a recurring and ad-hoc basis
· Assist with on-boarding new sales talent in regard to applicable systems
· Be a Power BI, Sales Force, blacksmith, and Retailer systems expert
· Assist in identifying & defining new systems functionality within the Customer Development (CD) applications (Power BI, Blacksmith, Salesforce.com)
· Participate in the data validation processes as needed

What You'll Need To Succeed
· Bachelor's Degree in related field
· The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience on a sales operations team within a food service, retail, or related environment.
· The incumbent will also have strong interpersonal and business partnering skills that are critical in this role which interfaces heavily with cross functional managers.
· Ability to see the “big picture” in order to prioritize and help drive sales
· Strong analytical mindset to solve problems and provide insight into performance and trends
· Demonstrated ability to take in information from multiple sources, analyze and present recommendations quickly and efficiently
· Must be able to analyze complex data and prepare, communicate and influence others relating to analytical findings and recommendations.
· Excellent Microsoft product suite knowledge including strong excel and access skills
· Strong relationship building and communication skills to work closely with the business, understand requirements and provide accurate findings of analysis.
· Self-motivated, ability to work independently, good influencing skills, team oriented
· Ability to utilize analytical skills to understand the problem, define objectives and scope, develop a plan, and execute and achieve results within a timely manner.
· Positive attitude, takes ownership and initiative to fix problems
· Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and quickly change pace in a dynamic environment
· Ability to effectively communicate and present information in oral or written form to internal customers. Effectively listens and considers the needs of others.
· Enhance actual results performance reporting by creating new analyses/insights on a proactive basis; utilize benchmarking and determine best practice.
· Ability to build strong relationships within the various functional areas through the delivery of exceptional results and support.
