MAIN JOB PURPOSE:


Oral Care Category is home of the 3rd biggest Personal Care (PC) brand in Europe: Smile Brand. And not only that. Zendium, one of the strategic growth driver for EU PC, with a truly breakthrough proposition. Being the first and only toothpaste that boost the good bacteria in your mouth to increase the natural self-defenses of the mouth and has 0% harsh chemicals.

You will become expert for our brand(s) in regional markets. You will become a consultant for countries to apply best practices and you will be the guardian to land brand strategies in local plans. You will become an essential partner for your global team(s) to help strengthening the global innovation funnel based regional needs. You will become our European digital powerhouse by landing Digital 2.0 for Smile. You will do this hand in hand with the global team and countries. You will be the key pillar to land regional and local innovation and renovation, hand in hand with the cross-functional team. Your will demonstrate your leadership skills in leading project teams and one direct report. You will be driving our Net Revenue Management agenda and thus truly contribute to profitable growth.

JOB SUMMARY

INNOVATION & RENOVATION

· Lead the deploy of global innovation
· Contribute early in innovation process to maximize global innovation in EU
· Managing the artwork process from brief to approval for EU specific projects, lead cross-functional project teams
· Lead the NRM program aiming to deliver 40bps margin improvement
DIGITAL
· Support deployment of Digital 2.0 into countries and support to strengthen the digital footprint of our brands

BRAND STRATEGIC PLAN (BSP)

· Lead the translation of global brand strategies into local plans for your dedicated market
· Working with Brand Building to translate the BSP into the Brand Marketing Plan. Key to this is clear execution guidelines.

BRAND MARGIN IMPROVEMENT

· Support & lead simplification and cost saving initiatives across functions
· Be a partner to global BD to deliver GM improvement and simplification goals
· (e.g. help to set right pricing strategy, facilitate & secure VIP project ownership, facilitate clustering optimization)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Relevant brand marketing experience in Brand Building, Brand Development and/or Customer Development
· Project management experience essential
· Positive and ‘can do' attitude required as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be able to motivate and influence x-functional teams
· Ability to be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities as well as demonstrating real ownership and accountability
· Analytical skills / P&L understanding required to facilitate winning business decisions
