Background & Purpose of the Job

Responsible for innovation readiness: all condiments innovations at Unilever Plants and 3PM Locations.

Support for condiments cost savings initiatives as 5S Workshop, bi-weekly 5S meetings, global monthly 5S Updates.

Responsible for all new materials related to innovations, including coordination of associated raw and packaging materials within assigned Business Team and Manufactory Facilities.

Also responsible for all documentation as SMIR Documents and Specification agreement for all new materials related to innovation.

Manage the key interfaces related to project execution for all category innovations & renovations. Such as R&D, Engineering, Planning, Brand Development, Finance, Procurement, Global Category Procurement and the external supply base.

Owns the coordination and execution of all product logic cost saving projects, and for all savings calculations, supplier transition management due to innovations, communication to supplier for delist materials, and managing communication of delist DU's and unique materials to Suppliers, Procurement Portfolio and Supply Chain Plants. Works with Supply Chain to minimize waste for delisting materials.

You're a dot connector: You will be our strongly link to internal support functions (Procurement- Buyers, R&D, SC Planning, Brand, Quality) to ensure the delivery of Innovation/renovation/Supplier Transition/Material Delist of material flow, transitions, and inventory management, also link to external teams as Suppliers, Unilever Plants and 3PM Manufacturing locations. And you will be responsible in troubleshooting, identifying process efficiencies, and overall material excellence.

You love to win, and have fun doing it: You will assist with cost savings VIP or initiatives to ensure category target are achieved, supporting at 5S Workshop, SlimFast Events, DtV Workshop.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor Degree required (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Sciences, Engineering, or similar)

1-2 years of general business experience in any Supply Chain function (Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Planning) required
