• Job Position: Marketing Assistant category leader - Ice Cream
• Main Accountabilities:
Assistant category leader based in Korea and will play a key and strategic role in the achievement of Ice cream category growth. This role will play a strategic role in opening up new white space for Unilever in Korea and building new brands and enhancing the existing core in highly competitive market.

As a thought leader, this role is expected to pioneer the thinking on how to develop brand seeding models, leverage digital and shopper marketing to build brands rapidly, partner with global and regional BD teams and distributor and analyse the market and lead the cross functional UI teams to land innovations in market fast with impact.

Some of the key deliverables for the role will be
- Develop Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for retail store business of ice cream brands aligned with global strategy and share it with sales team & distributor
- Full marketing responsibility for designated ice cream brand
- Assist category leader in managing ice cream brand and category P&L, understand drivers and identify issues, challenges and opportunities to deliver sustainable growth
- Be brand guardian for ice cream to help retail store distributor on building brand in right way
- Support and manage ice cream marketing campaign plan & execution
- Review effectiveness / outcomes of campaigns and monitor the performance
- Report issues/problems and come up with solutions/recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
- Support Innovation Process Management for IC
- Collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time brand/product launch
- Monitoring retail store business financial status (Sales/Profit/A&P etc) and management to come up with any identified or potential issue

• Essential
- 3-7 years of relevant Brand marketing experience
- Good command of English (Must)
- Have experiences in 1st tier Retail/FMCG companies
- Retail store marketing experience is preferred
