IT Business Partner- Finance

Key tasks of this position would be:
· He/ she must engage with business teams to communicate and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT business plan
· Handle end to end partnering with Sri Lanka business, from design to deploy of projects for the country
· Partner with global teams to ensure strict adherence to compliance
· Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation project landing & Service Line activation programs as required and support Local Growth Programs by partnering with Fusion teams
· Work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing services and new/updated services within area of responsibility are achieved

· Analyze recurring issues and ensure systemic fix with the help of innovation team
· Ensure zero business disruption due to IT application upgrade activities by ensuring UAT by end users
· Drive simplification and automation of identified outsourced processes to reduce cost of outsourcing


Requirements
· Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized University
· Minimum of 3+ years' experience in IT projects in a similar industry and similar application landscape
· Proficiency in SAP environment will be an added advantage
· Excellent computer literacy skills
· Ability to work with various Business management and operations teams.
