MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fulltime intern to join the Unilever European Marketing & Sales Hub in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. You will be part of the Ice Cream category working on iconic brands such as Ola, Cornetto and Solero. As part of the European marketing team you will work to support brand strategy, innovation and portfolio projects that will be deployed by local country teams throughout Europe. You will support different brands & teams within the Impulse Ice Cream business to deliver the overall agenda.

JOB SUMMARY
· Supporting product innovation projects and development of activation campaigns
· Management of the artwork process to deliver new packaging designs to market
· Monitoring brand performance and analyzing portfolio via multiple information sources
· Accountable for the daily and operational management of the brand, products and packaging
· Support country teams in delivering their business targets and co-ordinate plans
· Support on key brand & category projects, e.g. internal events

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· University student in final year of study or a recent graduate, preferably in marketing or business
· Ability to work independently on projects, and act assertively & proactively within a large global organisation
· Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
· Strong communicator able to work well in teams of people from different backgrounds
· Proactive thinker with a bias for action and sense of urgency when needed
· An eye for design and attention to detail
· Previous work and international experience would be an advantage
· Experienced user of Powerpoint, and preferably Excel
· Fluent in English, more languages are an advantage
· Full time availability for a 6 month internship starting as soon as possible
· Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
