Key tasks, your responsibilities:

Support the HUAD HR team in daily tasks related to People Partnering (business partnering), administration, Employer Branding and Recruitment.

As an HR intern, you can take part in most HR activities, gain experience & add value to most areas of HR. This role helps the whole team to work more efficiently both by participating in the complex, innovative work and also by taking over transactional tasks from team members when necessary and thereby balance the workload of the team.

The typical tasks would be:

· Continuously update organisation charts;
· Oversee the list of employees on maternity leave, keep in touch with them (send regular emails regarding organizational news, events);
· Track learning budget;
· Inform employees about necessary actions following their notice period;
· General HR administrational tasks, like handling contract modifications (provide & collect), or translation of global HR materials from English to Hungarian;
· Employer Branding support: participate in planning and then assist in events representing Unilever;
· Recruitment activities: job description review, posting creation, candidate contact & follow-up, interview scheduling, can also participate in interviews, support the preparation and communication of offers, track final candidate’s suitability following onboarding;
· Interview task collection update & innovation – find new creative ways to test candidate skills, and update already existing tasks
· Onboarding administration: keep in touch with candidates, prepare necessary documents, help to organize onboarding trainings;
· Participation in ongoing HR projects

You are the ideal candidate if…

You match all of these criterias:

· Available at least until October 2021, for minimum 25 hours a week (the more the better);
· Bachelor or Master studies in progress (active student status is a must, preferred field of study: Human Resources, Psychology, Economics);
· You are able to start working in October 2020.

You also have the below skills:

· Excellent, confident verbal and written communication skills with both English and Hungarian language knowledge. You will be in contact with different stakeholders (including senior managers, interns, candidates) via different channels (phone calls, Teams meetings, personal).
· Confident knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Outlook and Excel), if you are familiar with a Procure to Pay system that is a plus.
· Ability to work in a multicultural and modern workplace: virtual collaboration skills and new media literacy;
· Growth mindset, strong desire to learn and bias for action is key in our company culture;
· Accountability responsibility, and also precision, attention to detail;

Nice to have: previous experience in HR at a multinational company, labor code knowledge.

You get a general knowledge about various fields in HR, labour law, annual HR process cycle, basics of HR analytics, and you can also get insight to different HR systems (how they work, what is the logic behind). You will also learn about the broader organization through your collaboration with the key stakeholders.
