MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The role of this is to provide systems support to our internal and external stakeholders and analyse and design management reports where needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The role of this is to provide systems support to our internal and external stakeholders and analyse and design management reports where needed

Generating and distributing LeverEdge Sales reports

Managing the LeverEdge sales periods

Provide LeverEdge training and support to Users, Reps and Business stakeholders

LeverEdge system changes testing and signoff of releases and bug fixes.

Continuous engagements related to system support with global third-party IT teams

Clear brief to field team on all execution of the instore activities

Handling of pricing queries on LeverEdge

Update of User manuals with system changes & Business SOP’s.

Maintenance of all LeverEdge user accounts & password resets

South Africa's first point of contact to troubleshoot LeverEdge related queries

Communication channel for all LeverEdge technical issues (downtimes/system upgrades)

Raising of Service Requests and Incident tickets to the correct queues and L2 Support Teams

Design and analyse and required reports

Monthly reconciliation of customer base between LeverEdge and SAP

LeverEdge Vs SAP Sales Transactions Reconciliation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Degree/ Diploma

Minimum 3 years relevant systems support role

Advance excel skills, Leveredge, power BI and Sap knowledge
