Unilever is looking for a CD Excellence Customer Specialist

Role


Customer Development (CD) Excellence purpose is to enable CD to become the best by building superior capabilities of Systems, Processes and People while ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. CDExcellence is responsible for at smooth and cost effective operation between Unilever, Customers, and 3rd parties.

CDExcellence works as an active challenger for CD to deliver strategy. This is done by aligning CD systems, implementing structured approaches and taking responsibility to ensure these are carried through to develop customer and shopper benefits.

CDE Customer Specialist supports the sales organization (KAM) in servicing customers on time with information and confirmation. This includes information customer specific information such as pricings, promotion planning and confirmations, product and article information, etc.

The CD Excellence Customer Specialist is responsible for:

· Customer Promotions operational management and planning.
· Customer Bill-Backs and Settlements.
· Customer Pricing information, Pricelists and rebates, Price control.
· Information and coordination with customer (product information and planning).
· Account relevant information to field.
· KAM support and ad hoc data analysis and input.

Factors to succeed in this role:


· OTIF delivery of customer requested data and updates.
· Support and Service KAM function to enable KAM to focus on core selling roles.
· Correct pricing and data to customers.

Who are you?

We seek a motivated person who are detailed oriented and precise in their work. You like to work with administrative tasks in a performance-focused company. As a person you are action-oriented and serviceminded that has an anlytical approach to your tasks. To be able to succeed in the role it is important that you are independant, efficient and able to handle diffrent challenges that might come your way.

Criteria

In order to succeed in this position, you have 2-3 years experience preferably from a similar role withing the FMCG-market. Experience from SAP, BEX or other finance and business systems are highly merting. Since you are working in a supporting and amdinstrative role is crucial that you are used to communicate with internal stakeholders.

You need to be fluent in Swedish and English and you have a medium to high level of finacial background, since an understanding for numbers is critical in this role. An overall understanding of the the local retailer landscape is a merit.
