BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & innovative marketer to work in a Global FMCG leader, strengthen your Brand marketing experience as part of working directly with an international team.

You will play a key role in the development & growth plan for Baba, which is Unilever's one of the greatest brand in the Hungarian market, so any brand management, or category experience is a must.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow Unilever's local icon brand, Baba via taking full responsibility for brand's mix development.

Achieve brand share and profitable growth targets through translation of brand & marketing plans into market-implementation and customer plans.

Deliver market- and customer-knowledge driven input into innovation platform projects and brand planning. Lead market implementation of those platforms and develop world-class activation mix.

Drive an integrated communications strategy and manage yearly and tactical media plans.

Lead the development of packaging design with external agencies and coordinate artwork creation process, control the production of packaging materials.

Build deep, holistic consumer understanding of the Brand/Category which will serve as the cornerstone of both the long-term strategy, and the yearly plans.

Contribute to the development of financial plans and pricing strategy.

Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets and align with customer advertising activities.

The job will require constant liaison with cross functional teams across the business. Close interaction will take place with International Marketing Teams, Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams as well as external creative agencies and suppliers. The candidate should be able to successfully influence and lead concerned stake holders for the achievement of overall objectives.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

The candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in marketing across either brand building or brand development or both.

College / University degree: MSc in Business Economics / Marketing is preferred.

Native Hungarian, and excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) is a must.
