Project Engineer Low Cost Automation & Cobots – Foods EU

Location: Poznań

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Enabling profitable growth by fast track roll-out of Low Cost Automation and Robotics / Cobots within Foods EU.

Specifically to:

· Execute Low Cost Automation / Robotics / Cobots projects following EEM approach

· Support capex and CEP process accordingly

· Create idea's and share best implementation practices within the sites

· Define long-term technology strategy for Low Cost Automation / Robotics / Cobots in close relationship with EU central lead and global Engineering

On top:

· Support the EU Technology manager within the Foods team on other project needs

KEY Accountabilities:

The job holder is accountable for the following:

· Deliver agreed implementation plan for Low Cost Automation / Robotics / Cobots short term

· Prepare and agree implementation plans longer term

· Share best practise implementation learnings

· Create new idea's for automation projects together with sites.

· Roll-out proven practice to other sites (hands-on, foreseen to spend periods of a week at at time at roll-out site)

Professional Skills:

· Experienced project and production engineer

· Factory experience

· Continuous Improvement experience

· Project Management skills

· Experience with (Low Cost) Automation projects:

· Practical experience in Automatisation

· Continuous Improvement elements implementation

· Experience with Robotics / Cobots is pre

· WCM/TPM experience

· Working knowledge in hygienic design and machinery safety
