Background & Purpose of the Job
The Associate Capacity Planning Manager for Personal Care Liquids will execute the UASCC network strategy for the Personal Care Liquids (PCL) Network as well as function as the Capacity Manager. This includes the Hair (Wash and Care), Personal Wash Liquids, and Lotion volume for North America. The position objective is to act as the owner of the PCL network and assist the Supply Planners as they manage the conversion of the demand planning signal into the production plan. The position must act as an unbiased manager of capacity across the three categories of PCL, always taking into account the best usage of the network in order to return the most value to the business and shareholders. Cost optimization and network capacity management (short and long term) are key ongoing priorities. The key metrics are (1) Customer Service Performance (2) Inventory levels (3) Utilization of factory capacity and (4) Gross Margin.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
The overall scope of this role will include:
· Overall tactical direction for the supply planning of the PCL Network
· Recommendations for Strategic Network design to UASCC
· Interface with plants and Go to Market (GtM) teams including material planners, plant scheduler, demand planners, assistant marketing managers, Customer Brand Operating Managers (ISV), quality managers, and the Master Data team.
· Lead various initiatives that will demonstrate leadership, experience, and capability in role.
· Key in cost control through run strategy loading decisions, project coordination, and inventory planning.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Basic requirements:
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· A 4-year Undergraduate Degree
· Some understanding of Operational Process Planning
· A well-developed problem-solving toolkit – Strong analytical capacity applied to challenges, relationship breakdowns and prioritization of competing project needs
· APICS Certification would be a strong asset, however it is not required
