The world of Foodservice is dynamic and exciting. It involves working with customers ranging from restaurants and hotels through to pub chefs and workplace, school or hospital caterers - as well as the wholesalers and cash and carries who service the foodservice industry.

Unilever Food Solutions is the dedicated foodservice business of Unilever which operates in more than 70 markets across the globe. The UFS portfolio consists of many of the world's leading food brands like Knorr, Hellmann's, & Lipton.

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM), Tea (Tazo, Lipton, Pukka, Pure Leaf, Salada, Red Rose) is responsible for aiding in the growth of Unilever Food Solutions North American Tea business by bringing customer insights to life through the development of innovative products, packaging, and marketing materials. The ABM will report to the North American Cluster Tea Marketing Manager and work with multiple cross-functional team members including but not limited to operator marketing, customer insights, R&D, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales. With leading brand share in a billion dollar market, the ABM role will lead key initiatives within the category in support of our UFS growth ambition while also contributing to our one brand/one voice initiatives with Unilever Retail and Pepsi Lipton Partnership.

The main purpose of the job is to :
· Drive growth of Unilever Food Solutions North American tea business through the identification of guest/customer insights along with development and execution of the marketing mix.
· Develop meaningful customer insights and corresponding growth driving activations with clear customer journeys including multiple on and offline contact points.
· Lead innovation teams to deliver highly sought after new products that capture key category growth drivers.
· Partner with sales and operator marketing to develop presentation materials that not only capture customer interest, but win new business.
· Partner with agency and operator marketing to develop front of house point of sale materials.
· Coordinate with suppliers and warehousing partners to design and distribute tea ware for supported brands.
· Aid in the crafting and development of the 6P's to ensure a 5X win, and support operator marketing in their channel execution
· Aid in the development of 7 Omni Channel Assets such as search terms, Perfect Name, Product Content, Hero Image, Cross Sale Recommendations, Legal & Nutritional information, and Rating/Reviews.
· Actively support Unilever's Sustainable Living Plan and Unilever Food Solutions' mission to Free Chef's to Love What They Do

Qualifications:

· MBA in Marketing highly preferred
· 3-5 years professional experience in marketing, specifically within Consumer Packaged Goods
· Cross functional leadership skills
· Project management and budget management experience
· Basic understanding of CRM, Search, and Digital Media
· Guest and Customer insight identification
· Creative brief composition and agency management
· Championing the voice of the customer
· Understanding and development of the 6P's
· Marketing experience leading new product development and/or national marketing activations
· Knowledge of P&L drivers and Category Management
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Passion for food, beverage, and the foodservice industry
· Ability to take on both creative and analytical tasks
· Strong presentation skills
· Microsoft Office
