Assistant Manager Service delivery – Horana Factory

Candidate Job Description

·
Maintain employee master date base and HRIS system for all factory workforce employees

·
Must handle all recruitments process for factory employees from end to end

·
Act as the single point of contact in relation to all documentation and communications for factory employees

·
Facilitate the process of all resignations and retirements

·
Prepare and submit weekly / monthly workforce reports

·
Issuing of relevant letters to employees and necessary organizations on behalf of the employees

·
Advice the payroll department regarding employee data changes

·
Responsible for maintaining HR services related systems

Candidate Job Profile

·
Minimum 1 – 2 year's work experience

·
Sound academic background equipped with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification

·
Excellent customer orientation and time management skills

·
Understanding on the current labor law framework will be an added advantage

·
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English

·
Ability to work under pressure amongst cross functional/cross cultural teams
