We are looking for a “Finance Business Partner” to work in head office located in Umraniye/Istanbul. As the Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting related function/ category / business unit ( i.e Customer Development, Marketing, Supply Chain) to add value to our business.

JOB SUMMARY

• Performance Reporting and Management of the Business Planning Process

· Actual result reporting, variance analysis, rolling operational forecasts, control and process improvement

• Decision Support and Ad Hoc Evaluation

· Pricing decisions, analyzing and monitoring product portfolio, assessing promotion/ trade investment feasibility, rolling product cost estimates and transfer pricing, cost optimization and factory efficiency studies, DCF analyses, following up macroeconomic changes and measuring business impact
· Providing timely, relevant and reliable information to business for regular and ad-hoc analysis

• Coordination of global function / category & local agenda with Turkey team and driving global initiatives

• Cope with business cases or feasibility analyses for growth & profitability opportunities considering changes in marketing strategy, customer and/or shopper needs and expectations

• Initiate & run projects to drive profitable growth opportunities as well as providing meaningful and value added summary of risks/ opportunities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related areas
•Minimum 2 years financial experience or similar positions, preferably in FMCG sector
•Fluent in English
•Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
•SAP knowledge is a plus

•Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
