LOCATION: Shanghai

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent of the position will mainly focus on following areas:
· Drive eCommerce category business, deliver the TO, USG, P&L targets together with eCommerce sales team and BB partner
· Closely work with cross functional team including BB and CMI to develop PC eCommerce channel strategy with clear priorities and building block
· Develop and own full year PC
· eCommerce Calendar and closely work with cross function team to ensure high quality category and brand activities (from idea creation, design, shopper friendly user flow, right promotion mechanism) landing on eCommerce platform ( PC, APP and Wechat )

JOB SUMMARY
The key accountabilities of shopper experience manager are as follows:
Lead market dynamic understanding and embed insight into quick action to win in market
· EC Market Dynamic (category and competitor performance tracking and understanding)Support channel marketing & site managers and to understand market dynamic monthly and drive both short term & long term action to accelerate the growth.
· Lead competitor understanding to ensure team learn latest good practice on the market and embed into learning & action.
Lead eComm shopper understanding to ensure team win with sharpen consumer insight
· Develop eComm shopper understanding based on stakeholder needs; incl. perception; shopping behaviour; culture etc.
· Lead quarterly consumer immersion to capture the latest trend
Design category management research plan and co-work with site & channel marketing team to land the insight generated from category management into action
· Co-work with retailer expert team to build category management plan and ensure the insight can be landed to drive business
· Co-work with PSO/ Traffic team to continuously improve shopper experience across sites.
Take full responsibilities to research agencies and ensure they have the right team structure and people to meet Unilever design requirement

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skilful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
· 3 years+ experience in FMCG, research (prefer quant) related function or eCommerce/ offline category management related account experiences are preferred
· Good communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
· Good management skills with 5+ agency service team
· Ability and drive to work independently;
