Job description

Main Job Purpose:

Your role is unique opportunity to use deep consumer and market insight to drive short and medium term profitable growth by working closely with different functions to delivering exceptional brand experiences in the marketplace, building our brands within regional marketing strategy framework. Daily responsibilities would include:

§ Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities
§ Assist in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy
§ Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of national support activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives.
§ Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
§ Delivers specific brand projects as per brand plan, eg. co-branding with a major retailer.
§ Monitors budget spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability.

Essential requirements:

§ University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage
§ At least 2 years in Marketing, Trade Marketing Advertising.
§ Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication
§ Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects
§ Open-minded, practical creativity and result-oriented
§ Good at English skill
