Job description
Business Context & Main Purpose of the Job:
· Achieving annual & monthly sales growth targets with customer in each distributor & pharmacies.
· Efficiently managing Unilever portfolio with distributors to optimize brands performance, Capture/create opportunities, and counterattack competitor's activities in market place(pharmacies)
· Effectively build and maintain close long term relationships with distributor & pharmacies management based on partnership and trust to ease and facilitate two way communications.
· Monitor & accountable for National numeric distribution, weighted distribution and Customer Dealing & IMS growth.
Main Accountability & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for both primary & secondary targets
· Managing Distributor Business performance
· Develop and update the weekly sales plan according to agreed monthly targets.
· Plan, forecast, and follow on stock volumes required to achieve weekly sales plan.
· Manage order making to maintain Unilever range availability and presence in each distributor.
· Follow-up on order delivery to insure full order delivery on time.
· Building Strong Relationship with each customer
· Lead Training & Development and coaching for customer sales team
· Manage merchandising team if applicable, assess their performance and planograms.
· Plan review/Achievement follow up/customer visits /follow up on CS & Aramex Team
· Branch's visits & Markets visits
· Activities implementation/competition updates
· Finance related tasks ( Transfers / deposits / conformations)
Relevant Experience:
· Minimum 2/3 years experience in CD Function
· Experience in GT / Experience in Managing Distributors/Experience in Managing Sales Teams
