Area Promo & Merchandising Executive- Davao

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The role is responsible for handling business development for a specific territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developmental

· Leads efficiency drives in third party agency

· Leads the training of all manpower

Operational

· Ensures manpower deployment in all MT stores

· Monitors scorecard of all manpower deployed

· Ensures merch materials are installed in-store

· Ensuring on-time, in-full execution of activations

· Monitoring of budgets

· Inventory management of merch

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1 to 2 years of experience in project management

· Good business understanding

· Organized and very systematic

· Capable of stakeholder management

· Song coordination skills

· Must know how to multi task and get multiple jobs done at the same time

· Leadership potential

· Must be a local or willing to be assigned in Davao
