MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Improve overall operational effectiveness through data quality and deliver best in class HR analytical insights
JOB SUMMARY
· Execute accurate and timely inputs and transactions in HR systems
· Generate accurate reports and scorecards and promote data based decisions
· Proactively seek for updates around people data
· Data Specialist owns the data integrity on all HR systems and ensure timely updates
· Accountable to deliver analytical insights and standard HR reporting that can be used to enhance operational effectiveness
· Making sure that there is correct Payroll interface between multiple systems (e.g. TRS, T&A) - and flag out errors and reporting it back to PEL
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years of experience
· Data savvy and an expert in HR systems and data (Workday)
· Analytical skills
