You and your future role:
If you are reading this advert then you are obviously interested in working for a global FMCG leader with iconic household brands with purpose.

You are currently a high performing sales “superstar” with customer account management experience, passion and drive to develop and grow the business with a top tier grocery customer.

This might be a step up for you from Account Executive or having worked with Independents, but you have already proven your ability and future potential to work closely with the customer to create and deliver the joint customer business plan.

Core responsibilities include:
· Ensuring the delivery of turnover, profitability and budgets
· Managing day to day Buyer contact and customer relationship management
· Create and execute the personal care joint business plan
· Lead range and merchandising reviews
· Work with the category team on pricing, brand activation and new product development
· Resolving customer service issues
Based in our CBD office you will be required to travel inter-state regularly to lead customer meetings with your broader team. You will be reporting into the Customer Business Manager.

A minimum for 2yrs account management experience is required and we would be open to considering high performing Territory Managers who have had national account exposure.
