TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - FINANCIAL AREA (H/F)

Poste et missions:
The Technical Account Manager is in charge of interfacing with our clients, which covers project management, issue troubleshooting and triage, as well as client’s new requirements gathering for our global development team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Clients relationship management
- Full ownership of issues and projects
- First level of support and basic troubleshooting
- Coordination of various setup changes and enhancements
- Documentation of requirements or project outlines
Profil:
Our ideal candidate has:
- Ability to take ownership of projects & issues, and autonomously manage them in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience working in a financial institution, preferably in a support role
- Basic understanding of networks (for connectivity issues)
- Knowledge of FIX protocol is preferable
- Experience with Java, C++ or C# is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Cantonese and / or Mandarin
