Poste et missions:
Xilix is an intuitive Execution Management System which provides an expansive range of Global markets expertise and functionality to your desktop in a powerful trading system solution
It enables multi asset class trading through a single multi-lingual user interface.

As a Software Engineer you will be mainly responsible for the development and performance measurement of a range of related products in a distributed architecture. Integrated in an agile team, you will mobilize both computer skills and understanding of the functional need of Itiviti’s clients.
This position may require travelling to different world regions for more efficient work with colleagues from other offices of our company.
- Analyze, design and actively participate in the success of innovative products
- Validate and test the implementation and achievements
- Participate in the collective life of the team as well as its improvement by applying Agile concepts
- Apply knowledge of multithreading, profiling, TDD, etc
- Apply continuous integration (Jenkins)

Profil:
- College Graduate with a minimum of 4 years working experience in the related field
- French citizen only
- Excellent JAVA and/or C# skills, accumulated experience 4 years.
- Basic understanding of RDBMS
- Should have strong skills in J2SE and/or C# Winform/WPF applications
- Must be familiar with GIT or similar product
- Ability to perform well in a high pressure environment
- Good understanding of client/server architecture
- Design skills, user experience focused, business oriented
OOP/OOD expert in an environment with challenging performance demands
- Self-sufficiency, ability to work autonomously or in a group
- Appreciates Agile concepts and application
- On the lookout for new products that drive the technology community
- Effective English communication skills
- Nice to have: 2 or more years of work related to financial markets and experience on FIX protocol is an advantage
- Nice to have: 2 or more years working for Japanese customers is an advantage
