Qualifications:
Essential: Graduate in Commerce or Accountancy
Skills Required (Essential):
 An ideal Corporate Action representative must have good written and verbal communication skills
and should be assertive
 He/She must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
 Planning & Organizing skills are a must have, due to the riskier nature of work. Must be able to follow through all tasks to completion and take complete accountability and responsibility. Should be able to apply knowledge across like situations
Desired: MS Office Email Management skills etc.

Experience:
Years of Experience: 2+ years of investment banking or wealth management or financial services in Asset Servicing OR Corporate Action Processing domain.
Nature of Experience: Specific prior experience in the Asset Servicing OR Corporate Action Processing area consisting of Pre-Processing, Payment Processing, Claims Management and Post Payment Processing. Must have knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities Swaps etc.

Essential Skills / Aptitude:
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
 Good Analytical skills and keen eye for detail
 Planning & Organisational skills
 Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and computer skills required
 Strong MS Excel skills
 Ability to research and understand financial concepts
 Reasoning skills required, knowledge of financial concepts and terminology
 Knowledge of Capital Markets domain specialising in Securities & Investments
 Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
