INTERNATIONAL EVENTS ASSISTANT



Job Description

Within the International Communications team at Ubisoft HQ, you provide support in the organization of international events in which Ubisoft takes part, and whose objective is to foster Ubisoft’s image around the world.

As such:

• You provide operational support in the organization of international events, either external or internal (aimed at all Ubisoft’s staff members). For example you will be working on the invitation platform for our events, creating animations for our different brands, hospitality and shipments.

• You participate in the creation of communication tools (signage, goodies, flyers, etc): coordinate with our subsidiaries, write creative briefings and more ;

• You help to animate the internal events and communication network.

Qualifications

As a graduate student with a specialization in Communications and/or Marketing, you ideally have previous experiences with events and are passionate about event communication, and the universe of entertainment creation. Good knowledge about video games and its industry is a plus.

As a creative and proactive individual, you have excellent written and spoken communicational skills. You are autonomous and detail-oriented and next to this you also have great organization skills.

You need to be fluent in English and being able to speak French is considered to be a plus
