Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is looking for a Finance Intern who will support our Finance Manager in tracking and maintaining records of the studio's financial performance. Through expertise on finance standards and practices, you will guarantee the reliability, integrity, and quality of financial data. 

What you’ll do: 

Accounting and Bookkeeping: 

·  Maintain accurate bookkeeping. 
·  Maintain consistency between Accounting and Reporting. 
·  Ensure invoices are cleared promptly. 

Reporting and Recording: 

·  Creating management reports –including reports on resource allocation, resource costs, activity costs, etc. 
·  Tracking budget v/s actuals of all projects. 
·  Monthly Reporting: Declaration of wages, time spent and project activity costs. 

Budgeting and Forecasting: 

·  Assist with cost planning and budget maintenance.
·  Prepare forecasts and maintain cash flow.

Project Forecast: 

·  Update all internal tools concerning financial information and ensure consistency and accuracy of data. 
·  Analyze and report variances. 
·  Knowledge of Financial Planning processes, systems and tools. 
·  Good communication skills, team spirit, and proactivity. 
·  Fluent in English. 
·  Passion for the games industry would be preferred. 

Other requirements 

·  A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 
·  Located in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi
