2080 is a fast-growing and dynamic financial services startup for young people, launching in September.
We are looking for new Customer Officers to manage our customer relationships and digital marketing.
The role is from 4pm – 10pm, either two or three days per week – Monday to Saturday, for three months, with possible extensions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer queries online and on the phone
Managing customer onboarding
Outreach to potential clients
Managing social media accounts
Helping with marketing strategy
