Job Description
Advise on and assist with advertisements, literature, and other promotional materials for non-PCMO product lines
· Assist with internal support departments and external vendors to reach or exceed marketing project goals
· Attend trade shows/exhibitions and sponsorship events as needed for non-PCMO product lines
· Assist with and support the management of promotional programs (customer and sales team incentives) as well as direct mail and e-mail broadcasts
· Support management and optimization of the non-PCMO product range
· Collaborates with Technology and Marketing on the launch of new products
· Gather and analyze the marketing data justifying the launch or retirement of non-PCMO products
· Assist with market requests (and investigation on how individual requests may duplicate in a wider market in order to consolidate enhanced sales potential)
· Working in compliance and collaboration with Paris and DR offices, execute Digital Marketing projects balancing internal and external resources and driving change management in order to generate maximum value
· Help to manage TOTAL Lubricants’ website to ensure content is salient and current.
· Working in collaboration with Digital Project Manager for the Zone, ensure optimal digital SEO, SEA, UI and UX of TSUSA Lubricants section of website(s)
· Assist with management of TOTAL Lubricants’ distributor portal to ensure functionality and current content
· Manage TOTAL Lubricants’ social presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms to ensure market visibility.
· Coordinates the work flows involved in range management actions according to valid procedures
· Assist with the development of the appropriate tools to communicate ranges evolution and product launches to internal customers (sales teams) and distributors/direct accounts.
· Support TSUSA non-PCMO marketing strategy and assist with implementation on market segments: industry, food grade, metal working and glass lubricants products
· The Marketing Analyst helps to develop tools to promote our non-PCMO product offers in the targeted market segments
· Special projects for all product lines as well as general marketing activities as directed by the Marketing Director

Candidate profile
Skills: Inter-personal and communication skills, self-motivated, accountability, Microsoft Office, In addition the incumbent should be proficient in Adobe Suite, HTML, iMovie, Premier, or similar video editing software. Past meeting, sponsorship, event and trade show marketing/coordination is a plus. Strong working knowledge of marketing and promotional techniques is essential. Technical aptitude will be beneficial.
· Experience: 2-5 years’ business experience is strongly preferred.
· Experience in technical product management, market management and/or marketing is preferred.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college is required.

Good communication skills – both verbal and written with knowledge of a foreign languages a plus
