Job Description

Management of Natural Gas and NGL supply and markets for third parties and Total affiliated stakeholders mostly within Texas and Louisiana areas. Optimization of natural gas and NGL value chain with utilization of purchase, transport, storage, and marketing strategies at various trading locations. Supervision of commercial Gas and NGL supply activities for several affiliated upstream, petrochemical and LNG facilities.

·  Identify, facilitate & maintain producer purchases and downstream market sales.
·  Work closely with trading teams by providing market intelligence, sharing information and supporting optimization and trading strategies.
·  Support daily optimization of equity production, third party supply and markets.
·  Maintain pipeline and storage relationships and facilitate transportation and storage opportunities.
·  Responsible for commercial relationships with upstream, petrochemical and LNG stakeholders.
·  Coordinate actions to secure physical supply to various industrial sites.
·  Provide gas and NGL supply management service for internal stakeholders: includes process for solicitation of gas supply, review of potential new gas supply access and market conditions, assist in long term planning, gas pricing consultation and review.
·  Support upstream affiliates with midstream commercial strategy and implement such strategy in close collaboration with relevant affiliate representatives.
·  Provide budget and long term planning assistance to upstream affiliates in accordance with midstream commercial strategy
·  Within established delegations of authority, efficiently execute physically and financially settled transactions which contribute to the team’s economic objectives and growth targets.
·  Interact effectively with internal departments to insure compliance of transactions with risk, legal, and credit policies, to accurately record trades in the deal capture and reporting system.

Candidate profile

·  Undergraduate degree in business, business administration, economics, finance, or engineering.
·  Strong critical thinking, analytical proficiency and attention to detail leading to accurate work product delivery;
·  Ability to work under pressure and responsive to fulfilling fast-changing business needs;
·  Experience in Gas & NGL in operations, pipeline management, trading, business development, and the production to market value chain.
·  Knowledge of economics in physical Gas and NGL supply, transportation, storage, and marketing.
·  Ability to understand trading team fundamental market strategies and supplement team objectives.
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;
·  Effective negotiation, organizational, delegation, and computer skills;
·  Strong desire to be a team player as part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
