Job Description
This position is only a start for business modeling - startup in the process loop and is directly attached to the Retail sales by carrying out the following activities: -
Commercial and Business Management:-
· Management of 8 to10 COCO / Young Dealer sites with representation of dynamic management for 400 employees in Alex zone.
· Improve the profitability of the businesses in every Station.
· Monitor Sales target achievements
· Proper Market Analysis to competition, be alert for business competition breaking news
· Responsible to run Analysis Report for the sites under responsibility.
· Update procedures used in sites operations
· Manage the staff training, meetings, hiring, etc..
· Properly implement all activities following right processes in all sites' Services, Bonjour, Lubricants commercial programming: communication tools, highlighting products, promotions, etc.
· Coordinates training for the staff: coordinate and plan the monitoring of the training programs and identification of the needs.
· Cross functionality with all involved department (Finance, Customer service , Human Recourses , HSEQ, Maintenance, Lubricants, Total card, Retail Marketing & back office )
· Optimize the management of the lubricant’s stocks (avoiding excess inventory and shortages).
· Increased attention paid to environmental problems / Sustainable development
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Monetary Focus :-
· Always insure cash deposits accurately recorded on system
· Achieve the highest control for all operations and cash cycles
· Monthly cash audit and stock control
· Fully responsible for reviewing properly statement of accounts
· Achieve the maximum control for stocks and stores
· Highly responsible for the P&L
· Monthly cash audits with reports in site to management with Action Plans.
Auditing/CRM and QHSE:-
· Checks that all safety tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
· Proceed with site inspection list in weekly visits
· Do internal audits on TOTAL Retail mobile application “ 360 ”
· Handles customer’s complaints
· Train the operators comply with the HSEQ rules and regulations (Top Service, safety, Tom card, stations procedures manual etc.).
· Communicate all new instructions to sites and check its implementation
· Monthly check & control gain & losses for stocks available activities.

· University Graduate with 3 years of relevant sales experience.
