Description du poste

Total Renewables - a fully owned subsidiary of Total SA - is dedicated to the development, construction, operation and financing of utility scale, and Industrial and Commercial solar projects mainly in the OECD countries. It has recently expanded its activities to the offshore wind and battery storage industries. Within this company, Total Solar DG aims to develop, build, and operate distributed generation solar in several geographies (SEA, ME, EU)
Total Renewables (ex-Total solar) created in Jan 2018 evolved in Oct 2019 into 2 separated affiliates (Total Solar DG for distributed generation systems and Total Solar International for UPP).
TSDG Europe was launched in 2020 in 3 key geographies. In 2021 the hub has the goal to accelerate its development and develop over 35 MW of onsite projects.
The European market is and highly developed and competitive market with complex rules, regulation and standard that vary across the different countries and are in constant evolution.

The perimeter of a Business Developer DG Europe is mainly to assist the DG Europe team coordinating European tenders/projects and to act as business developer in markets where TSDG is not present today.  

Your task will be:

·  Assist in the developmentcommercial proposal/offer for self-consumption, on-site solar projects: rooftop, carport and ground mounted, adapted to the needs of the different clients;
·  Focus on selling PPAs or Lease agreements for such projects, depending on the country;
·  Assist in the preparation ofTotal’s offer to European tenders of different key accounts and big clients of Total: understand scope of the tender, evaluate potential for TSDG, prepare a commercial proposal (preliminary designs and pricing offer);
·  Work with other teams of Total to align our answer regarding different subject: Technical team, other business units;
·  Work with our external partners and lead partners to on the development TSDG offer per country;
·  Analyze markets where Total is not present to understand and structure competitive offer in these countries;
·  Analyze Total’s key accounts portfolio to understand business potential in Europe for TSDG.

Profil recherché

·  Bac+4/5 : master in commerce or engineer
·  Good skills in Microsoft Office package;
·  Good analytical skill and capability to do simple modeling using excel;
·  Creative, autonomous, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to operate in a demanding and changing environment;
·  Languages: French (professional level - Required), English (professional level - Required), Other desired European languages
