The Digital Photography and Stylist Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of photographers and stylists. They will manage high-volume photographic workflows, deadlines, and current photo standards. 

 

The Digital Photography and Stylist Supervior will:

·  Lead a team of Photographers and Stylists
·  Ensure merchandise is accurately photographed
·  Direct stylist and photographers, adhering to style guide
·  Establish and maintain an efficient workflow; participate in continuous improvement of workflows and processes
·  Analyze productivity and performance metrics, making recommendations to increase efficiency and performance
·  Performs other duties as assigned

 

The Digital Photography and Stylist Supervisor must have:

·  Associate or Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
·  Minimum 6 years experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role with experience in product and on-figure photography techniques, composition, lighting, and capture
·  Professional experience in a ecommerce commercial photography studio working with models
·  Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines
·  Experience with imaging software including PhotoShop, Capture One, InDesign and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
·  Proficient in studio lighting for both on and off figure photography, Nikon and Canon DSLR
