Job Summary Develops and directs store merchandising standards, fixture set up/usage and signage standards to drive sales and profitability. Disseminates all merchandise presentation communication from the home office to the field. Directly supervises Field Merchandise Presentation Specialists. Trains and develops new Field Merchandise Presentation Specialists in all facets of merchandise presentation and standards.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Supervises Field Merchandise Presentation Specialists. Supports, directs and trains Specialists on all aspects of merchandise presentation. Participates in interviewing, hiring and training of new Specialists. Provides merchandise presentation guidance and support for up to a Region of stores. Significant overnight travel required.

Works closely with District Managers on communication and decision making for strategies pertaining to merchandise presentation. Troubleshoots merchandise presentation issues.

Works with existing stores/districts in determining visual merchandise presentation standard needs. Trains and communicates all presentation standards to district and store management. Coordinates, supervises and participates in resets, features and lifestyling.

Oversees special projects as assigned.
