What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

·  Responsible for merchandise flow through the Distribution Centre and preparing merchandise for shipment to the appropriate stores
·  Adheres to all operating processes and standards as established in WMI’s Smart Work Methods
·  Ensures accuracy of recorded information through manual checks and/or by updating the computer system
·  Directs boxes and totes to appropriate area for shipment to stores

What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

·  No previous work experience required
·  No minimum educational requirements
·  Communication skills to gather information and interact effectively with Associates, Supervisors, truck drivers etc.
·  Able to work effectively both independently and as a team member
·  Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency when working with merchandise
·  Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
