Ihre Aufgaben

• Preparation and issuing of purchase orders, responsibility for issuing change orders
• Updating delivery dates in the ERP/IT systems; planning and scheduling of production materials
• Preparing, conducting and post-processing of negotiations in line with applicable approval procedures
• Supporting Procurement Performance Management by documenting negotiation results and by duly and expeditiously entering all required data in the relevant systems
• Preparing statistics and analyses for strategic procurement e.g. supplier volume/turnover structures
• Checking of invoices for correctness of contents, prices, sums; clarification of price deviations in case of blocked/frozen invoices
• Performing deviation analyses, ensuring effective receivables management/claim management simple claims in regular business only
• Utilization of e.procurement tools, such as e.catalogues, e.RFQs or e.auctions
• Ensuring an optimum price/performance ratio
• Ensuring most efficient and precise execution and documentation of all procurement transactions
• Ensuring on-time availability of goods and services
• Managing purchase order processes and ensuring delivery reliability
• Performing supplier selection
• Supporting Strategic Buyers in developing sourcing strategies and supplier evaluations

Ihr Profil

Requirements
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Confident handling of MS-Office products and SAP
• Good command of English (German is an advantage)

Personality
• Success-oriented, independent thinking
• Team-worker ability
• Good communication and able to work on own initiative
• Good organizational and planning skills
