Trainee for our Poland & Baltics Finance Team
based in Warsaw


Team Overview

Our Finance Team is supporting The Coca-Cola Company’s Poland & Baltics Franchise Unit based out of Warsaw, Poland. We collaborate closely with the colleagues from Central Eastern Europe as well as the Marketing, Commercial, Technical and HR teams in our daily work, always with the goal to support productivity, efficiency and increase our business’ value.
 

Position Overview

Being the first Trainee in our Finance Team in Warsaw is an excellent opportunity for you if you have the basics of Finance, Management Accounting or Controlling from your university studies, have already gained first practical experience in Commercial Finance and/or Planning and Control, and would like to bring theory to life.

Key Responsibilities
This Traineeship gives you a unique opportunity to be part of an energetic, young and international team. You will be supporting the local Finance Team with the following projects:

·  Review existing internal controls, report findings, develop improvement plan and implement any new processes if required. 
·  Review and develop a local indirect expenses monitoring system and review process.
·  Support the team with information management processes (data verification, power point management presentations updates, etc.).
·  Support the team with the unification of models and reporting between countries within our Franchise Unit.
·  Marketing Expense return analytics.

What you need to be successful

To be the ideal candidate for us, you already graduated or are in your final years of your studies in Business Administration or a comparable degree with a focus on Finance, Management Accounting or Controlling and have collected first practical and hands-on experience in Finance, ideally within an international working environment and/or an FMCG company.

Excellent skills in MS Office, internet, email, etc., and fluency in Polish and English languages are a must. Knowledge of International Accounting Standards, project management and previous experience in Commercial Finance and/or Planning and Control are a plus.
