For our "Purchase" department, we are looking for a:

Tactical Buyer « Software and Services » (M/F), based in Charleroi, Belgium.

WHO ARE YOU?

Are you graduated from a Business School, master specialized in purchasing / trading ?

Are you fluent in English ?

Are you highly organized and able to work as part as a team ?

Have you strong skills to negociate ?

Have you good interpersonal skills ?

A good knowledge of electronics would be an asset.

WHAT COULD WE ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER?

You will be in charge of non-contractual purchases for the following commodities: Intellectual Services / Test System

You will implement the contracts negotiated by the Family Buyers

You will care about respecting the purchasing process for the site

You will ensure the purchasing strategies are properly applied for the site

You will be the local interface with the "Supplier Operation" team, in charge of monitoring Suppliers

You will resolve conflicts with suppliers and give feedback to the Family Buyer

You will report the forecast to the Family Buyers, during the annual negotiations, and any need for support on Class A and B to the Family Buyers

You will be in charge of tracking export licenses and updating the database for purchases

You will be in charge of monitoring and recording the purchasing gains for the country

The Tactical Buyer reports to the Country Purchasing Representative.
