Thales Aerospace Beijing Co. Ltd. (TAB) was created in 1999. A repair station, with CAAC repair certification, was set up at the Beijing Airport Industrial Zone in 2006 by the Thales Avionics GBU.
Around 60 people work for the company today, in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Repair & Logistic operations for avionics and In-Flight Entertainment systems. TAB also supplies products to support Chinese airlines, equipment manufacturers and MROs.
TAB is a trusted partner of many Chinese companies, including Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Sichuan Airlines.

Job description:


Missions and responsibilities:


Quality Management:

· Assists the QA Manager improve Thales Beijing QMS and SMS continuously;
· Regular monitor relevant regulations and update related management documents on time;
· Monitor repair activities' conformity and perform repair quality analysis and quality investigation;
· Participate internal & external audit and push correct action taking; Raise a alert and veto when necessary;
· New Repair Cap. qualification and application
· Repair suppliers qualification and performance review;
· Support to define training plan and implement on time;
· Contribution towards to achieve company's objectives and better Customer Satisfaction

HSE Management:

· Support HSE manager to improve TAB HSEMS continuously;
· Assist HSE manager to define HSE policy, objectives and ensure to archive the objectives;
· Assist regulations and compliance monitor, EA/SEA/RISK assessment and monitor;
· Complete quarterly and yearly HSE report with Thales HSE reporting system on time;
· Support HSE officer to define training plan, emergency response & drill plan and conduct on time.

Requirements:

Above Degree/Diploma in Aeronautics, Quality Management or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
CAAC Component Maintenance Personnel License preferred.
QHSE (AS9110/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001) internal auditor certificate preferred.
