De Formation : Formation BTS / DUT Génie Mécanique ou Licence Pro TIAS

For UK research Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 - 4 years of Industrial experience, demonstrating technical aptitude from Industrial concept to production and 3D modeling proficiency in CATIA V5.

Expérience dans la fonction : 1 - 5 ans

Anglais Niveau : Conversation

Compétences/Exp Souhaitée : For UK research Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling utilizing CATIA V5 (minimum of 2,000 hours or 2 years) within a Design & Development office environment.

• Must have in-depth technical expertise with the latest manufacturing technologies and feasibility execution to achieve Hardware or sub-systems requirements performance targets. • Strong working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, including familiarity with GD&T (PMI) and dimensional engineering.

• Utilize DFSS methodologies as appropriate during the design, industrialization & testing phases.

• Demonstrated an ability to manage difficult projects with tight timing constraints.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• French Language: Minimum B1 (B2 is preferred)

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Compétence Center

Le métier Développement mécanique Produits (Antennes et Equipements) participe à la conception du produit dont il réalise le développement dans le respect du cahier des charges de l'affaire.

Son rôle est de :

• Réaliser la conception ou l'architecture mécanique (Métallique, Composite,...) et packaging électronique des produits.

• Participer avec les ingénieurs au Développement à l'Industrialisation du produit. (Design to Cost / Design for Manufacturing)

• Réaliser les dossiers de définition et gérer les données techniques (articles, évolutions, non-conformités, matériaux & procédés,…) nécessaires aux phases de production et d'assemblage.

• Assurer l'interface avec les partenaires extérieurs et/ou Sous-contractants (Ingénierie & Achats).

• Assurer un support technique en phase production et recette.

• Maitriser sa Non-Qualité, ses Couts et ses Cycles.

• Réaliser ou participer à la définition, la spécification et le suivi des outillages associés.

• Réaliser éventuellement les alignements d'antennes (Interférométrie laser, Contrôle par photogrammétrie,...).

For UK research Responsibilities :

• Develop packaging/ manufacturing & integration solutions that meet requirements while minimizing mass and cost.

• Design & Develop of Hardware parts in CATIA V5.

• Optimize the concepts and designs with Design To Cost & Design For Manufacturing Approach.

• Complete and manage hardware & sub-system designs in the PLM system. • Collaborate with a variety of engineers within and beyond the engineering group to achieve integrated and optimized system designs.

• Interface with suppliers for manufacturing feasibility, validation, and other engineering activities, as necessary.

• Deliver designs, technical documentations, and prototypes on time and within budget.

• Interpret CAE simulation results and integrate recommendations into product design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement groups to ensure system manufacturing and assembly feasibility.

• Manage its Non-Quality, Costs and Time Cycles.

• Carry out or participate in the definition, specification and follow-up of the associated tooling subsystem.

• Possibly carry out antenna Geometric measurements (Contact or contactless Methods).
