WHO ARE YOU?

You are graduated from an engineering degree (Bac+5) ?

You have proven experience in Services solutions of at least 15 years' experience?

You are bale to work in complex and international organizations with several entities/countries involved in transforming business ?

WHAT COULD WE ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER?

The position holder is in charge of defining the Services solutions and the associated operating models for the Group, with the corresponding processes, methods and tools, in line with the global Services Strategy. The focus is mainly on identifying/developing transverse solutions (trans-GBUs and trans-Countries) bringing competitiveness at group scale (performance to customers, costs, agility,..).

The primary activities are the following :
- Participate to the definition of the Services strategy and propose vision for Service solutions .
- Define/Identify the Service Operating Models in terms of organization, processes, skills and tools to provide the level of service required by customers and the BLs.
- Map and adjust these Operating Models to the activities in the different GBUs and countries, categorizing the Services solutions according to their specificities: market segments, type (Civil/Defense), nature (maintenance, managed services, e-services)
- Propose the business cases and roadmaps for these Services solutions, establish the project definition and engage deployment at group scale.
- Focus on transverse processes and tools to be defined/deployed at Group level (multi-BL activities, integrated Supply Chain, IS/IT tools…)
This position has a high visibility throughout the Group and his/her decisions have an impact on all GBUs and entities. It requires a strong experience of Services activities (maintenance, installation, new digital services,..), as well as modern/advanced and global service delivery solutions.

There are strong links with other functions (IS/IT, Engineering, Marketing…) and it is necessary to have a good ability to manage transverse projects of a global scale. Leadership, autonomy, global vision and good stakeholders management are necessary.

Understanding of the Digital Transformation and its stakes and impacts is a must.

This position will offer the opportunity to build a good and wide understanding of the Group, with the involvement in projects at international level and in various environments.
