Role and responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. A successful candidate has a passion for developing and mentoring others, and is an expert in building strong relationships with leaders at all levels.

The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our subsidiary. This role is to take the responsibility of HR processes and practices in the country, taking as a priority the leadership of all administrative issues (employee relation, payroll management, etc.), compliant with regulations and group policies. 2 HR specialists located in Zurich will support the HR Business Partner. This role will support business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on workforce planning, talent retention and employee engagement. The HRBP is our pillar in labour relation as we are convinced, at Tessi, that labour performance drives business efficiency.

In addition, the contribution of the HRBP is to participate in leadership meeting to analyse and solve talent and organization problems, provide consultative support and guidance to managers on people development issues. The position will participate and coordinate locally Group HR project implementation and internal communication in the subsidiary.

Business orientation partner with strong capacity to recommend new approach will be appreciate for this key position in our organization.

With management and communication capacity, you are fluent in English and German. French could be a nice to have. HRIS ability will help you to support our transformation and to integrate the group HR circle.

This position required 5+ years' experience in an HR business partner role focused on employee relations in Switzerland (legal, HR administrative, social security, pension and swiss payroll), change management and team development, with a management or business partner role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
