Tesla is looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join the Software Engineering team to drive process automation projects, including process mapping, streamlining, and reverse engineering. The focus will be financial processes, software development processes, and automation in the beginning and will expand across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Tesla’s mission, interested in software product management, intellectually curious, a fast learner and clever thinker, and has exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·  Automate operational processes using RPA tool.
·  Lead and execute multiple work streams simultaneously.
·  Propose solutions to manage business expectations and manage the delivery of the solution.
·  Integrating and synthesizing information from multiple sources, including business domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex data/process and results, anticipate issues and solve problems.
·  Partner aggressively with different business teams to do process analysis and automation.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering with 3-4 years’ experience.
·  Experience in Python is preferred.
·  Intermediate SQL skills
·  Experience with Robotic Process Automation is preferred.
·  Evidence of exceptional process and technical ability
·  Experience in process mapping and use case writing.
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Experience using data to drive business decisions
·  Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
·  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
·  Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain poise under pressure
