Social Media Intern

Tesla is looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our team this fall. You must be solution oriented, flexible, self-driving and have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

·  Work with social team to script, produce, shoot and edit content as needed.
·  Monitor and summarize social sentiment.
·  Copywriting across all social platforms Tesla is active on
·  Work on community outreach and development across our social channels
·  Optimization of our video channels such as YouTube and Vimeo
·  Conduct and compile research for new social opportunities.
·  Reporting and analysis of social channels as needed

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Excellent writing and editing skills.
·  Basic video editing skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite
·  Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a positive attitude.
·  A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them.
·  Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
·  Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
·  Curiosity and ability to think creatively, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
