The Role

Tesla is looking for an energetic, presentable, hands-on receptionist for 1/2 days per week. As the company is expanding fast, we need an all-rounder who understands the importance of the 1 st impression and can deliver an excellent visitor experience. Reception is our first and last point of contact for employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

·  Ensure excellent visitor experience & support (visitors & employees)
·  Take care of the visitor registration and liaise with Security for smooth process
·  Maintain the supplies at the coffee corners and the canteen area and stock count, help coordinate the fruit boxes 1x per week
·  Answering multi-line phone, re-directing calls to appropriate staff and manage the Reception email box
·  Administration; Update the calendar with upcoming appointments and keep reception files organized and up to date
·  Maintain the supplies at the coffee corners and the canteen area and stock count
·  Monthly stock count of office supplies
·  As the reception front desk is in a showroom, support keeping the customer areas representative at all times
·  During office rounds, check if office facilities are fit for purpose and representable at all times and inform the Workplace & Facility Manager of any discrepancies you may encounter
·  Perform various ad-hoc and/or administrative requests
·  Close liaison with Sales Advisors in the showroom and with security for smooth process
·  Sort incoming mail/ packages as well as process outgoing mail/ packages.

·  The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous in person as well as on the phone
·  Excellentcommunications
·  Proficiency in the English language both in writing as verbally
·  Show attention to detail and accuracy
·  Be discreet and tactful
·  An interest in the business
·  Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
·  1+ years of previous experience is desirable
