The Role

Tesla is looking for dynamic professionals to join our global Upgrades & Accessories team in the EMEA region.This group develops and distributes ownership enhancing vehicle accessories, retrofits, and software upgrades at Tesla locations around the world and online.

The Program Coordinator will administer the team’s daily operations ensuring products and upgrades are accessible online and in stores, develop and maintain product information pages, bring together market insights from regional specialists, and propose and initiate program improvements in Europe and the Middle-East.

Candidates should have the ability to check their ego at the door, a willingness to do work at all levels, and a desire to grow and contribute to Tesla’s impact in the world. Exceptional work experiences, post-secondary education, and fluency in multiple languages are distinct advantages.

Responsibilities

·Administer daily team operations: product life-cycle activities, data analysis, and reporting.

·Sync with fulfillment teams on stock planning, e-commerce order performance, and return cases.

·Provide regular product and process updates for the Tesla Customer Support team.

·Maintain product and program information hub content (e.g. internal Product Portfolio).

·Facilitate material requests for crucial initiatives of other groups (e.g. Charging, Retail Development).

·Contribute to training development and regional market intelligence consolidation.

·Proactively connect with Parts, Service, and Sales leaders to share insights and program updates.

·Assist the Program Manager with special projects focused on UX and program enhancements.

·Responsibilities will include ad-hoc tasks from manager and evolve with the growing program.

Desired profile

Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience with examples of exceptional ability.

·3+ years work experience in rapid growth organizations with cross-functional projects.

·Excellent written and spoken English plus fluency in at least one other European language.

·Project administration, e-commerce, online sales, or vehicle accessories backgrounds preferred.

·Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel is a must).

·Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines.

·Strong team player who has customer experiences at heart and business efficiency in mind.
