The Internship Assignment

Tesla’s Internal Fleet Management Program is responsible for developing and rolling out internal fleet management capabilities to meet current and future needs for loaner vehicles and mobile service offerings across geographies. The fleet scope covers Tesla Service loaners, operations trucks & vans and trailers.

The intern will focus on the EMEA region and will work along the program manager, supporting the global program.

Tasks

·  The expansion, replacement and administration of Tesla’s Service operations vehicles
·  Carrying out fleet analysis and reporting, from an operational, finance and compliance perspective
·  Developing and implementing new fleet management capabilities and tools, involving operational as well as a system change
·  Supporting Service locations to properly administrate and utilize their service loaner and operations fleet
·  Executing a comprehensive program to support Service centers with everything related to loaner and rental needs
·  Contribute to new loaner training service
·  Producing reports and presentations for meetings
·  Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Studying towards a relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (for example business related studies)
·  You will need to have a proactive and flexible approach to work
·  knowledgeable in project management
·  Analytically driving with advanced problem solving skills
·  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·  Data-driven decision-making mindset
·  Well organized and detail oriented
·  Skilled in handling large data volumes and pivot tables in Excel
·  Strong communication and influencing skills
·  Highly proficient in spoken and written English
·  Tableau skills are a plus
